Yes! You may make multiple payments as long as your balance is paid in full by May 1st, 2024.

Miami cruise port is just 8 miles east of Miami International (MIA) Airport. The journey by car takes about 12 minutes, and even longer in heavy traffic.

The Fort Lauderdale Airport is around 25 miles north of the Port of Miami. Driving with a service like a private shuttle or Uber driver, you should expect to take at least 45 minutes to make the trip

If flying, I advise to arrive to MIA at least one day before you're scheduled to embark, just in case you encounter any delays or cancellations. That way, you have time to rebook yourself on a different flight if something goes wrong.

The sailing time is 4:00 PM. Please give yourself adequate time to arrive to the port.

Please note: All guests must be checked-in and onboard the ship no later than 90 minutes prior to the published sailing time or you will not be permitted to sail.

All guests will also need a form of identification to board the ship. Accepted forms of identification vary based on nationality, departure port and disembarkation port.

Please note that hospital Birth Certificates (baby feet Birth Certificates), as well as photocopies or images of any required travel documents are not accepted for boarding.

Accepted Identification for U.S. Citizens

• U.S. Passport book that is valid at least 6 months after your cruise ends. A U.S. Passport book is required for sailings that depart from homeports outside of the U.S.
• For sailings departing from U.S. homeports, an official US state-issued Birth Certificate is also accepted. Guests age 16 and older that present an official US state-issued Birth Certificate will also need to provide a valid Driver’s License or picture ID issued by the government.

All deposits are non-refundable. 

Cancellations before May 2nd, 2024 will receive their payments excluding the nonrefundable deposit. 

Cancellations made between May 3, 2024 - May 16, 2024, will receive a 50% refund per person. 

Cancelations made between May 17, 2024 - June 15, 2024, will receive a 25% refund per person. 

Cancelations between June 16, 2024 - July 16, 2024, are non-refundable. 

No refund will be available in the case of a No Show or Early Departure.

Your travel agent can arrange airport transfers if requested. In addition, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi services may be utilized.
