Why should I use a travel agent?
Even in the age of online booking, travel agents are a great source of information and discounts. As your personal concierge, I can make sure that your trip is tailored to you, assist you in case of unexpected problems, and help you anticipate potential issues in advance.
Will I pay more if I book through an agent?
In many cases, there are no fees to use a travel agent! In actuality, you can save more than you spend. For specialty trips or excursions, I work within your budget. My goal is for everyone to travel in luxury.
Do you book group travel?
Yes! Group Travel is one of our specialties. Whether it's a family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party, or group getaway, we can handle the details. In addition, The Lux Concierge hosts group travel events! This is perfect for solo travelers or people who enjoy pre-planned getaways.
We're in Thailand!
All agents will be out of the office from April 1-23 for The Lux Concierge's Annual Jump Off to Thailand and Korea! During this time, we will be unavailable to respond to new quote requests or inquiries. All new quote requests will be addressed upon our return.
