If you choose to arrange your own flights, please ensure your travel aligns with the following dates:

• Arrival in Bangkok (BKK): April 11th

  • Bangkok + Phuket: Depart from Phuket (HKT) on April 19th (Hotel checkout time: 12 PM)

Roundtrip shared airport transfers are included with your vacation package.

• If you book your flights through our travel agent, your transfers will be arranged automatically.
• If you book your flights independently, please ensure each traveler emails their flight itinerary to theluxconciergeservice@gmail.com at least 30 days before check-in to arrange transfers.

We will sell out!!! To make sure you don’t miss out on this incredible experience, we highly recommend booking by February 15th. The Songkran Festival in Thailand is a major event, and accommodations are already filling up fast. While we’ll keep registration open as long as rooms are available, securing your spot early will help you avoid any disappointment.

Yes! You may make multiple payments as long as your balance is paid in full by February 15th, 2025. 

We will make every effort to accommodate all guests, which may include arranging accommodation at an overflow hotel in Bangkok.

To ensure the best rates, all guest traveling for the Johnson Jump Off must complete their reservation with the group's travel agent.

The deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable. Some booking arrangements can require a higher deposit and earlier final payment. Any such amounts will be advised at the time of booking.

Cancellations received before the final payment due date will incur a loss of the non-refundable deposit, plus any fees subject to the specific items booked. Please note that airfares are assessed separately and are subject to airline fare rules, and may be non-refundable.  No refunds will be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by the Guest after the vacation commencement date.

Please note that changes made to the overall party size, date, or location may result in a change to the rate. For your peace of mind, we recommend the purchase of travel insurance, we have partnered with Faye to offer travel insurance protection. 

• To enter Thailand, you must have a U.S. passport valid for the duration of your stay;
• U.S. citizen tourists entering Thailand for fewer than 30 days do not require a visa.
• Your passport be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Thailand to avoid possible denied entry.
• Thai immigration officials or airline staff may ask for your onward/return ticket. cover your accommodations and food expenses during your stay.

• Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and provide peace of mind. It covers unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. Please note that deposits are nonrefundable, so having travel insurance can help safeguard against potential losses.

• The package pricing provided excludes international flights. However, you have the option to add flights to your itinerary. If you choose to include flights, we will provide a new quote within 72 hours. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve the updated itinerary. By adding flights, you can bundle and save! It is highly recommended.
